- • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures, and standards to ensure measurement-based teletherapy delivery at scale across multiple states.
- • Design and oversee systems for ongoing clinical quality assurance, including chart reviews, performance monitoring, and compliance with regulatory, ethical, and documentation requirements.
- • Define clinical hiring standards and lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of licensed clinicians to align with Allminds’ care philosophy and operational model.
- • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and professional development support to a distributed network of 400+ licensed clinicians across the U.S.
- • Establish scalable frameworks for clinical feedback, case consultation, and ongoing clinician performance evaluation to maintain high standards of care.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to shape the development of clinical technology tools, including documentation systems, AI-enabled clinical support features, and measurement-based care workflows.
- • Ensure all technology solutions enhance patient outcomes while supporting sustainable and ethical clinician practices.
- • Drive the expansion of Allminds’ clinical network into new states by identifying licensure requirements, building regional clinical leadership pipelines, and ensuring compliance with state-specific behavioral health regulations.
- • Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes data to inform continuous improvement of care models and inform strategic decisions across the organization.
- • Serve as the primary clinical authority within the organization, providing expert guidance on evidence-based psychotherapies and best practices in telehealth delivery.
- • Collaborate with leadership to align clinical strategy with organizational growth goals as Allminds scales from a California-based provider to a national mental health platform.
- • Champion a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and clinician well-being across a rapidly growing, geographically dispersed team.
- • Represent Allminds in external clinical and regulatory discussions, ensuring the organization maintains its reputation for high-quality, ethical, and innovative mental healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- • Active psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
- • 7+ years of clinical experience, including experience supervising licensed clinicians
- • Experience leading clinical quality initiatives within behavioral health organizations
- • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care
- • Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes
