  • • As Director of Customer Success at Rasa Technologies Inc., you will lead the Go-to-market team’s efforts to establish strong, scalable customer relationships that drive adoption, retention, and expansion, serving as the guardian of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and the primary driver of the 'Rasa Customer Experience.'
  • • You will build and scale a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), partner with Engineering-led Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to bridge technical and business success, and design scalable onboarding motions that drive rapid production deployment and measurable business impact.
  • • Rasa is a remote-first, privately held leader in generative conversational AI, founded in 2016, with funding from top-tier investors including StepStone, PayPal, Accel, and Andreessen Horowitz, offering an open and adaptable platform that aligns with business logic to enhance enterprise customer interactions while reducing costs.
  • • In this role, you will gain direct accountability for protecting and growing Enterprise ARR, implement rigorous success criteria with quantifiable KPIs, engage C-level stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships, and master the operational motion from sales-to-CS handover to renewal automation, positioning you as a strategic leader in AI-driven customer success at a high-growth innovator.
