- • As Director of Demand Generation at SAFE Security, you will lead the global demand strategy and pipeline generation engine to support the company’s mission of building CyberAGI — a super-specialized AI system that autonomously predicts, detects, and remediates cyber threats. This role is critical to scaling SAFE’s market presence and ensuring predictable, high-quality growth by aligning demand initiatives with sales, product marketing, and RevOps to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- • You will own the end-to-end demand generation function, transforming it from a tactical channel operation into a strategic, data-driven growth engine that fuels the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities across global markets.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated demand generation strategy spanning ABM, inbound, outbound, paid media, email, webinars, events, and content syndication to generate and nurture high-intent leads aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer journeys.
- • Partner closely with Sales leadership to define SLAs, handoff processes, and lead scoring models that ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively followed up and converted, improving pipeline velocity and win rates.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product positioning and messaging into compelling campaign assets and go-to-market plays that resonate with CISOs, security leaders, and IT decision-makers.
- • Work with RevOps to build and optimize attribution models, funnel analytics, and reporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution across channels and regions.
- • Manage and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning while setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- • Oversee budget allocation and vendor management across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, etc.), ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI through rigorous testing, optimization, and forecasting.
- • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by implementing A/B testing frameworks, lead scoring refinement, and predictive modeling to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets.
- • Proven track record of designing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that consistently delivered qualified pipeline and revenue growth in enterprise SaaS or technology markets.
- • Deep expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), inbound marketing, paid media, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM/Salesforce integration.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and forecast pipeline impact.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align goals and drive results.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
