📋 Description
- • Be the analytical engine behind every great CFO decision, owning FP&A execution, financial modeling, and KPI infrastructure to enable fractional CFOs to focus on strategy across high-growth consumer and retail brands.
- • Own the analytical engine by building and maintaining dynamic three-statement models, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and board-ready materials while ensuring data integrity through collaboration with accounting teams.
- • Serve as the analytical lead to Client CFOs across multiple engagements, preparing materials for board meetings and investor calls, and stepping into client meetings independently to engage with marketing, supply chain, and operations leaders.
- • Drive workflow optimization by templatizing, automating, and scaling recurring analytical processes using Excel, Google Sheets, AI platforms, and automation tools while contributing to internal playbooks and knowledge base.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- • Advanced financial modeling skills: multi-year three-statement models, DCF, LBO, scenario analysis
- • Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights and communicate with confidence to senior stakeholders
