- • Be the analytical engine behind every great CFO decision, owning FP&A execution, financial modeling, and KPI infrastructure to enable fractional CFOs to focus on strategy across high-growth consumer and retail brands.
- • Build and maintain dynamic three-statement financial models, rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and board-ready materials while ensuring data integrity through collaboration with accounting and controllership teams.
- • Serve as the analytical lead to Client CFOs across multiple engagements, preparing materials for board meetings and investor calls, stepping into client meetings independently, and providing decision support on commercial questions like pricing, channel mix, and vendor negotiations.
- • Support fundraising and M&A activities including investor decks, data rooms, credit packs, and due diligence materials; assist with debt strategy, capital allocation scenarios, and cash runway planning; and provide deal-time analytical support such as LOI evaluation and term sheet comparison.
- • Templatize, automate, and scale recurring analytical workflows using Excel, Google Sheets, AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT), and automation tools; document SOPs and contribute to internal playbooks to improve reporting cadence and analytical infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- • Advanced financial modeling skills: multi-year three-statement models, DCF, LBO, scenario analysis
- • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (accrual vs. cash, revenue recognition, COGS, inventory accounting)
- • Experience with accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero) and BI/reporting tools
- • Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights and communicate with confidence to senior stakeholders
- • Comfortable operating independently in client-facing settings with cross-functional leaders
