Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management as Director of FP&A, serving as a strategic partner to drive data-informed decisions across a fast-growing, mission-driven company creating phone-free spaces for artists, educators, and live events.
• • Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, long-range financial models, and cash flow forecasting; build and maintain KPI dashboards; support pricing, unit economics, and go-to-market analyses; prepare executive, board, and investor reporting; manage quarterly board decks; and support fundraising efforts including investor decks and diligence materials.
• • Partner with department heads across Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Logistics; collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate financial capture, expense controls, and process improvements for fiscal accountability in a scaling startup environment.
• • Develop expertise in high-growth FP&A leadership, strategic financial modeling, cross-functional influence, and startup scalability while contributing to Yondr’s mission of fostering genuine connection, focus, and creativity through technology-free experiences.
