- • Strategic leadership role as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis reporting directly to the CFO, serving as a key business partner to the executive team and providing data-driven insights that influence critical business decisions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly reporting; developing driver-based financial models; leading variance analysis; partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing on revenue growth and margin improvement; and building, scaling, and leading a high-performing FP&A team.
- • AML RightSource is a leading expert solutions provider in financial crime compliance, specializing in anti-money laundering, financial crime prevention, and third-party compliance, with a global team of over 7,000 professionals delivering managed services and advisory to help organizations strengthen compliance and reduce business risk.
- • The role offers the opportunity to build and scale an FP&A function from a leadership level, gain direct exposure to the Board and investors, shape financial strategy in a high-growth, PE-influenced, services-driven environment, and develop expertise in optimizing resource utilization and driving data-informed decision-making across a global organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)
- • 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- • Proven experience building and scaling an FP&A function and team in a technology, services, or managed services environment
- • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise with full ownership of forecasting, variance analysis, and performance accountability
- • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and present to the Board
- • Experience with financial systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Domo, NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, etc.) and strong Excel skills
