📋 Description

• As Director of Global Sales Operations & Enablement at Rapid Micro Biosystems, you will lead the strategic optimization of global sales processes, systems, and performance to drive revenue growth and market expansion for innovative microbiology automation solutions.
• You will design and implement sales enablement programs, manage CRM and sales technology stacks, analyze sales performance data, forecast revenue, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and improve win rates.
