  • • As Director of Growth at Humata Health, you will drive revenue growth by selling into large acute health systems across the US market, leveraging consultative selling to position Humata’s technology as a strategic solution for improving hospital capacity, revenue, and patient experience.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product demos to business case development, proposals, and contracting—while managing a designated regional territory to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • • You will join a mission-driven team focused on transforming healthcare authorization processes, with opportunities to mentor junior sales leads, participate in training, and collaborate with product and growth leadership to scale a best-in-class sales organization.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle and prior authorization, refine enterprise selling to C-suite stakeholders, and grow your leadership impact as the team expands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS technology solutions in the Revenue Cycle space
  • • Proven track record of selling enterprise deals to CFO/CSO/COO/CIO and VP/Director Revenue Cycle roles
  • • Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and prior authorization processes
  • • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • • Ability to build strong relationships, act as a self-starter, and mentor less tenured sales team members
