  • • Nelly Sweden AB is seeking an ambitious and execution-focused Director of Growth to join our dynamic Commercial Team in Berlin. This pivotal role is instrumental in our mission to build the largest AI-enabled fintech for healthcare in Europe.   • • Your primary mandate will be to significantly increase high-quality leads and pipeline value, while simultaneously enhancing acquisition efficiency and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). You will work closely with the Sales team to strengthen revenue contribution and will be tasked with building at least two new scalable growth channels from the ground up (0 → 1 → scale).
  • • This role is fundamentally hands-on, with a 10% focus on strategy and a 90% focus on execution. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and then personally driving the build, test, optimize, and scale cycles. You will have full ownership of top-of-funnel growth, sharing accountability for revenue outcomes with the Sales department.

  • • Professionalize and scale our existing growth channels, including Partnerships, Performance Marketing, Organic efforts, and Events.
  • • Spearhead the creation and scaling of at least two new, innovative growth channels, taking them from initial concept (0) through to full scale by the end of H2 2026.
  • • Drive highly capital-efficient growth by meticulously reducing CAC and enhancing the quality of our sales pipeline.
  • • Establish and maintain full performance transparency, strategically reallocating budget towards the most impactful growth levers.
  • • Directly lead and manage key functions including Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Partnerships.
  • • Foster seamless integration between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, creating a unified and cohesive growth system that drives collective success.
