📋 Description
- • Build an AI-first paid patient acquisition engine to automate campaign management, content creation, and experimentation, minimizing manual work and maximizing leverage through AI-generated creatives, autonomous bidding, and continuous optimization loops.
- • Own end-to-end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, Influencers, affiliates) and all countries, defining growth targets, CAC/LTV models, and scalable frameworks while balancing short-term performance with long-term brand expansion.
- • Lead the creation of a new function from the ground up, including building systems, processes, and a high-leverage team (channel managers, specialists, content creators — human or AI agents) to drive innovation and performance at scale.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, Product, UX, GTM, and brand teams to optimize conversion, monetization, marketplace health, and creative strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals in Europe and Latam markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in performance growth marketing on the consumer side of a marketplace
- • Proven experience replacing manual marketing workflows with automated or AI-driven systems
- • Strong hands-on experience managing €3M+ global media budgets at scale with Google and Meta
- • Experience running multi-market acquisition campaigns and managing teams in complex organizations
