Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Flux Labs, Inc., you will own positioning, narrative, and product launches to ensure Flux is consistently understood and compelling across all channels and surfaces, directly supporting the mission to democratize hardware design through the first AI Hardware Engineer.
• • Day to day, you will own positioning and messaging including value propositions, proof points, competitive framing, and copy standards; lead end-to-end product launches involving briefs, narratives, assets, timelines, and channel coordination; align GTM channels (paid, SEO, lifecycle, social, community, sales) around a unified story; define segmentation and packaging messaging for evolving product tiers (e.g., Starter vs Pro); build reusable systems such as messaging libraries, launch playbooks, FAQs, objection handling, and copy blocks; and partner with product and design teams to improve conversion surfaces where narrative meets user experience.
• • Flux Labs, Inc. is pioneering the future of hardware design by developing the first AI Hardware Engineer, aiming to make advanced electronics creation accessible globally. You will report to the COO and collaborate closely with product, design, and the go-to-market (GTM) team in a fast-moving, innovative environment focused on breaking down barriers in hardware development.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical product marketing, refine your ability to craft compelling narratives for developer and engineer audiences, build scalable launch and messaging systems, and drive measurable impact on product adoption and market positioning—growing as a strategic leader in PLG and technical SaaS marketing.
