- • Performance Marketing Manager at Brighterly, an online school for math and reading for children in the USA, responsible for driving teacher acquisition through paid social campaigns to support business growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and testing ad creatives to optimize Cost Per Hire (CPH), launching and scaling Meta Ads campaigns initially with support from a User Acquisition Manager and later independently, analyzing campaign performance to derive insights and next steps for stakeholders, conducting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by testing landing page hypotheses with design and development teams to improve registration conversion, and launching new acquisition channels such as TikTok while contributing to employer branding for teachers.
- • Brighterly is part of Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses, with a mission to build educational ecosystems that become the go-to resource for K-12 learning in the U.S., serving thousands of students daily and recognized as a finalist in the EdTech Digest Awards for Math Solution and Tutoring Solution.
- • In this role, you will gain deep ownership of a high-impact growth channel, develop expertise in performance marketing for niche B2C audiences, influence hiring scalability through data-driven campaigns, and grow professionally in a fast-scaling environment with autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and direct impact on a mission-driven business supporting children’s education.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically as a marketing manager, project/account manager in a performance agency, or a similar role with deep involvement in creatives and paid social.
- • Proven experience managing advertising campaigns with monthly budgets of $20,000 or more.
- • Demonstrated ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta and TikTok platforms.
- • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and their interdependencies, including CPH, conversion rates, and ROI.
- • Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including testing hypotheses on landing pages and explaining results.
- • Familiarity with the optimization logic and creative requirements of Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
