- • Lead and expand strategic partnerships with hospitals and health systems across the Midwest region to grow Sevaro’s tele-neurology footprint.
- • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hospital leadership, physicians, and administrative decision-makers, translating complex telehealth technology into actionable clinical and operational value.
- • Execute a consultative, technology-focused sales process to identify, pursue, and secure new hospital partnerships, ensuring alignment with Sevaro’s mission of expanding access to neurological care.
- • Manage the end-to-end contracting and onboarding process for new partner institutions, coordinating with clinical, implementation, and executive teams to ensure seamless program deployment.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing hospital accounts, proposing tech-enabled service enhancements that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- • Represent Sevaro at industry conferences, healthcare summits, and partner meetings to strengthen brand presence and build credibility among key stakeholders in neurology and telehealth.
- • Maintain exceptional client satisfaction by ensuring ongoing alignment between partner goals and Sevaro’s clinical and technological offerings.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sevaro’s clinical, implementation, and operations teams to support successful program adoption, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize partnership performance.
- • Translate Sevaro’s technology platform and service model into compelling value propositions tailored to both clinical teams (e.g., neurologists, stroke coordinators) and administrative leaders (e.g., CFOs, CMOs, CEOS).
- • Develop and execute regional partnership strategies that reflect market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and evolving healthcare needs in the Midwest.
- • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all partner interactions.
- • Travel occasionally to conduct onsite hospital meetings, attend conferences, and support partner onboarding and training sessions.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for existing hospital partners, fostering long-term relationships built on trust, clinical credibility, and consistent communication.
- • Monitor market trends in tele-neurology, stroke care, and health technology to inform partnership strategy and maintain Sevaro’s position as a market leader.
- • Contribute insights from the field to product and clinical teams to inform future platform enhancements and service development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree and/or RN License preferred
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, including at least 2+ years in hospital partnerships, technology sales, clinical sales, or provider relations
- • Demonstrated success in technology sales, preferably within health technology or telehealth, with proven ability to sell complex solutions to clinical and administrative stakeholders
- • Prior experience in neurology, stroke care, or telehealth is a strong plus
- • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- • Must be located in Central or Mountain Time Zone
