• • You will be the central figure in transforming high-level people strategies into tangible, repeatable, and scalable operational processes, acting as a crucial liaison between the executive leadership and the entire workforce.

• • You will take full ownership of our People technology stack, including our HRIS (Rippling), ensuring seamless workflows, effective automations, reliable integrations, and impeccable data integrity for reporting and analytics.
• • A key aspect of your role will be designing and refining processes across the entire employee lifecycle – from seamless onboarding and internal transitions to performance management, promotions, and efficient offboarding – all aimed at creating an intuitive and friction-free experience for every team member.
• • You will be the custodian of confidential employee records, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to all compliance requirements for internal and external audits.
• • This leadership position includes the vital responsibility of supervising and mentoring any HR or People Operations staff, fostering their professional growth through dedicated coaching and leadership.
