- • You will take full ownership of our People technology stack, including our HRIS (Rippling), ensuring seamless workflows, effective automations, reliable integrations, and impeccable data integrity for reporting and analytics.
- • A key aspect of your role will be designing and refining processes across the entire employee lifecycle – from seamless onboarding and internal transitions to performance management, promotions, and efficient offboarding – all aimed at creating an intuitive and friction-free experience for every team member.
