- • Lead and develop a high-performing client-facing implementation team to deliver onboarding and implementation outcomes aligned with client commitments, contractual requirements, and performance targets for middle market employers across Evernorth and PBS capabilities.
- • Drive consistent, high-quality execution by strengthening project management discipline, risk identification, remediation practices, and change management efforts to ensure readiness and alignment across Sales, Account Management, Technology, Product, and Operations.
- • Champion innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies—including AI-enabled solutions—to advance onboarding effectiveness, scalability, and benefit realization while standardizing methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning while maintaining accountability for results and behaviors in a remote-first environment requiring up to 25% domestic and international travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, project management, operations, or related roles.
- • 6+ years of leadership management experience with proven ability to lead high-performing teams through change and market pressures while exceeding client satisfaction and internal goals.
- • Demonstrated experience managing client risk, remediation plans, and stakeholder expectations in healthcare, health plan, PBM, or related environments.
- • Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills, including preparing leaders for high-impact client and enterprise interactions.
- • Exposure to generative AI, analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives that improved operational effectiveness.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
