- • As Director of Managed Care Northeast, you will drive sales growth for Byram Healthcare services by selling products and solutions to regional managed care organizations and key components of national managed care entities, directly contributing to company revenue goals and expanding access to essential home-based care.
- • Day to day, you will utilize a structured sales process to solicit, negotiate, implement, and maintain long-term referral-generating relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, community agencies, and trade associations, while organizing your schedule to maximize customer exposure and converting leads into growing revenue streams.
- • You will join Accendra Health, a mission-driven organization operating through Apria and Byram Healthcare brands, dedicated to delivering personalized, long-term care beyond hospital settings and bringing essential products and services to patients across communities nationwide.
- • In this role, you will develop creative solutions to customer challenges, attend industry events such as trade shows and conferences, and refine your expertise in healthcare sales, relationship management, and strategic territory growth—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the managed care space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years selling healthcare services to national or regional managed care organizations
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Excellent presentation and organization skills
- • Ability to travel as needed
