- • As the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead the US marketing team, reporting directly to the SVP, Commercial & Operations. You will be a key strategic partner to the VP Strategy and VP Marketing, UK, and will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Commercial leadership. Your primary mission will be to construct and scale a robust marketing engine designed to drive significant pipeline growth, customer acquisition, customer expansion, and ultimately, revenue across our diverse payer verticals.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass developing and executing a comprehensive US B2B marketing strategy meticulously aligned with overarching commercial growth objectives. This includes building and scaling demand generation programs across a variety of channels such as digital marketing, sophisticated lifecycle campaigns, impactful referral programs, strategic partnerships, engaging webinars, industry events, and compelling thought leadership initiatives.
- • A significant focus will be on owning the marketing strategy for Health plans, Direct to Employer, and Workers' Compensation verticals from inception. You will be instrumental in establishing Scan.com as a preeminent and trusted industry partner through targeted educational programming, showcasing customer success stories, forging strategic partnerships, participating in key events, and executing highly targeted campaigns.
- • You will work in close partnership with Sales leadership to pinpoint pipeline opportunities and orchestrate campaigns that generate high-quality, qualified demand and accelerate the revenue cycle. Collaboration with RevOps is crucial for building sophisticated marketing attribution models, robust reporting frameworks, efficient CRM workflows, and precise campaign measurement systems that unequivocally link marketing investments to tangible pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- • Furthermore, you will develop and implement customer lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer activation, deepening engagement, improving retention rates, and driving expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for equipping the Sales team with compelling messaging, clearly defined value propositions, persuasive collateral, insightful competitive positioning, and effective campaigns that significantly accelerate deal velocity.
- • Overseeing the creation of essential customer-facing marketing assets is a key duty. This includes developing impactful case studies, informative webinars, insightful white papers, professional presentations, engaging email campaigns, high-converting landing pages, and authoritative thought leadership content, all designed to support and advance commercial objectives.
- • You will also be tasked with identifying, managing, and optimizing external agencies, contractors, technology platforms, and marketing vendors as the marketing function continues to scale, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization.
- • Continuous evaluation of marketing performance, deep dives into customer insights, and vigilant monitoring of market trends will be essential to refine strategies, improve return on investment (ROI), and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives for sustained growth.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves building and nurturing the marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members as the department expands, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

- • Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $221,000 per year.
