- • As Director of Marketing, Public Sector and Partnerships at Ontic Technologies, you will drive in-market demand for Federal and Commercial Partner programs, reporting into the Marketing Department with cross-functional ownership of go-to-market strategy to grow awareness, engagement, and revenue within the U.S. public sector and partner ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute federal-focused go-to-market strategies, lead integrated campaigns and field events (including tradeshows, government conferences, and partner summits), manage Market Development Funds, co-marketing initiatives with alliance and reseller partners, and oversee content strategy and calendar for partner and federal marketing efforts.
- • You will partner closely with sales, communications, field marketing, ICP, brand, and product marketing teams to align messaging, integrate event activities into demand generation, and ensure consistent brand representation across all federal and partner-facing initiatives.
- • In this role, you will deepen Ontic’s presence in government and enterprise security communities, strengthen partner relationships, define and track KPIs for pipeline and partner performance, optimize marketing investments using data and AI tools, and manage budgets and vendors to deliver measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong background in federal or public sector marketing, partner/channel marketing, or field marketing.
- • Deep understanding of federal procurement cycles, government contracting, and channel ecosystems.
- • Proven success in designing and executing federal go-to-market and/or partner growth strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- • Proficiency in Marketo (or comparable MAP/ESP) and Salesforce; experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus is a plus.
- • Experience working within IT, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SaaS, or public safety technology industries is highly preferred.
- • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
