- • The Director of Marketplaces leads Pattern’s brand partner go-to-market strategies across emerging European and global digital marketplaces, playing a pivotal role in driving scalable expansion and diversified e-commerce offers for global brands.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing top-tier marketplace relationships, solving complex brand pain points, enabling swift brand acceleration, supporting a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies across key platforms like TikTok Shop, Zalando, Allegro, Bol, Otto, and eBay.
- • Pattern, Inc. accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces using proprietary technology and AI, leveraging over 46 trillion data points to optimize advertising, content, logistics, pricing, forecasting, and customer service for hundreds of global brands across 60+ marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart.com, and Tmall.
- • In this role, you will develop and execute strategic business plans, nurture high-impact partner relationships, drive measurable revenue growth, and gain deep expertise in global ecommerce ecosystems while contributing to Pattern’s mission of profitable brand expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for ecommerce or digital marketplaces
- • Strong track record in building and maintaining senior-level partnerships with global brands or platform partners
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Deep familiarity with major European and global marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Zalando, Allegro, Bol, Otto, and eBay
- • Expertise in using data and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize performance
- • Experience driving operational efficiencies and scalable processes in ecommerce or retail operations
