Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from cold outreach to signed revenue—at a fast-growing SaaS company that turns outage chaos into business intelligence for Fortune 1000 enterprises. You will architect the partnerships function from a literal blank page, then run the daily plays that translate relationships into ARR.
- • Build and deepen alliances with tier-1 ecosystems such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Cognizant. You will map each partner’s org chart, identify economic buyers and technical champions, and craft bespoke value propositions that make our platform a “must-have” inside their largest customer accounts.
- • Drive a disciplined outbound engine: 10–15 new partner account conversations every month, 5–8 executive advisors recruited monthly, and 3–5 co-marketing or co-selling initiatives launched per quarter. You will personally source, sequence, and follow up on every touchpoint until pipeline turns into POs.
- • Design the partner program infrastructure—playbooks, onboarding journeys, tiering criteria, MDF guidelines, co-selling motions, and KPI dashboards—so that every new hire and every new partner ramps in days, not months.
- • Run weekly pipeline syncs and quarterly business reviews with top partners; translate partner-sourced opportunities into crisp Salesforce reports that the sales, marketing, and executive teams trust and act on.
- • Enable partner sales teams through battle-cards, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides. You will stand shoulder-to-shoulder in customer calls, ensuring partners position our outage intelligence platform as the fastest path to resilience and cost avoidance.
- • Recruit and activate a bench of 5–8 executive advisors each month from telecom, banking, retail, and government sectors. These advisors open doors, validate use cases, and shorten enterprise sales cycles from nine months to three.
- • Plan and execute high-impact joint events—field workshops, executive roundtables, webinars, and account-based dinners—that generate qualified pipeline and reinforce our thought-leadership in business continuity.
- • Align internal stakeholders—sales leadership, demand gen, product marketing, and customer success—around each partner GTM play. You will quarterback deal strategy, pricing approvals, and success-story amplification so that every win becomes a reference for the next.
- • Establish a predictable revenue contribution model within 90 days: clear definitions of partner-sourced vs. partner-influenced, weekly activity SLAs, and a dashboard that shows CAC, deal velocity, and expansion ARR by partner.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation: A/B test messaging, iterate on partner tiers, and pilot new co-innovation offerings that keep our ecosystem three steps ahead of competitors and two steps inside the customer’s strategic roadmap.
- • Report directly to the CEO and sit on the go-to-market leadership team. Your wins will be celebrated in board decks, and your roadmap will shape the next funding round and product roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or business development leadership with a proven track record of generating $5M+ in partner-sourced ARR
- • Deep network within at least two of the following ecosystems: Microsoft, ServiceNow, AWS, Google Cloud, or global SIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant
- • Demonstrated ability to build partner programs from zero to one—defining tiers, MDF policies, enablement paths, and joint GTM motions
- • Expert command of Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools, and revenue attribution models
- • Executive presence to pitch C-suite stakeholders and technical fluency to whiteboard integrations with partner architects
🏖️ Benefits
- • $140K–$170K base salary with uncapped $200K–$240K OTE and equity in a high-growth SaaS company
- • Hybrid work model—3 days in our King of Prussia office, 2 days wherever you do your best thinking
- • Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and quarterly performance bonuses tied to partner-sourced revenue
