📋 Description

• • As Director of People & Culture at myTomorrows, you will shape and execute the People strategy to support the company’s mission of breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options by attracting, developing, and retaining high-impact talent across a global organization spanning 134 countries.
• • You will define and execute People strategy, raise the talent bar through strong hiring practices, develop leaders, own the full team member lifecycle, oversee People Operations including payroll and compliance, drive culture and engagement initiatives, partner with Leadership on organization design and workforce planning, and use data to inform decisions and improve People programs.
• • You will join a global health tech company with a cutting-edge AI-powered platform that connects patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, advocacy groups, and BioPharma to accelerate access to drugs in development, backed by a €25M investment in October 2025 and trusted by 60+ BioPharma companies.
