- • As the Director of Pricing Strategy and Transformation at Trellix, you will lead the strategic direction of pricing across the organization, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market dynamics while driving transformation initiatives that modernize pricing processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
- • You will oversee pricing strategy development, influence product roadmaps by equipping product managers with analytics on ASP, price realization, and cost structures, and lead cross-functional efforts to optimize pricing models, discounting practices, and price books through data-backed insights and change management.
- • You will partner closely with Product Management, executive leadership, and global teams to shape pricing strategies that respond to competitive threats, eliminate margin leakage, and support sustainable growth, while managing budgets, staffing, and operational priorities for the pricing function.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise pricing transformation, gain influence over product lifecycle decisions, and build leadership capabilities by mentoring teams and advising senior stakeholders on complex pricing and go-to-market strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 12 years of experience managing projects/programs; or advanced degree with 10 years of experience.
- • Progressive, proven industry and management experience, including direct people management.
- • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity market, pricing strategy, and competitive dynamics, with ability to analyze complex variables (e.g., hardware, SaaS, variable costs) to inform pricing decisions.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives, drive process improvements (e.g., discounting guidance, price book rationalization), and influence cross-functional teams.
- • Strong analytical skills to leverage competitive intelligence, ASP, price realization, and UFR waterfall data to support data-driven pricing decisions.
- • Proven experience influencing product roadmaps and enabling product managers to make strategic, profitability-focused pricing choices.
