  • • As the Director of Product Certifications and Compliance at Trellix, you will lead the global product and industry certification efforts, ensuring products meet critical regulatory and market requirements while driving strategic alignment across engineering, legal, and business teams.
  • • You will own the compliance roadmap, manage budgets and staffing, evaluate total cost of ownership, and justify investments by linking certification costs to revenue gains, while directly managing program managers and influencing product roadmaps.
  • • Trellix is a global cybersecurity leader protecting over 50,000 business and government customers through an open, AI-powered platform, and you will play a pivotal role in maintaining trust and market access for its security solutions.
  • • In this role, you will develop executive influence, refine risk mitigation strategies, and build scalable processes that improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate time-to-market for certified products.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 12 years of experience managing projects/programs, or an advanced degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity certifications and compliance frameworks including FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, FIPS 140-3, IPv6, Common Criteria, VPAT, OpenSSL, and international standards such as EU CRA, China MPS, and Canada CCCS.
  • • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, InfoSec, and Engineering teams to resolve complex compliance issues requiring deep organizational knowledge.
  • • Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience negotiating with customers and senior leaders to secure funding and drive strategic decisions.
  • • Strong background in process improvement, budgeting, and strategic planning, with a track record of building efficient systems that reduce complexity and accelerate decision-making.
