- • The Director of Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers for The Assurance Group (TAG), a nationally recognized insurance marketing organization and proud Integrity partner, playing a critical role in expanding TAG’s network of agents who deliver life, health, and wealth solutions to clients nationwide.
- • Day to day, the role involves assisting potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding growth opportunities with TAG, becoming an expert on TAG’s operations and systems to support new agents, ensuring smooth and efficient on-boarding through consistent communication with all agents, and performing other duties as assigned to support recruitment and onboarding success.
- • The Assurance Group (TAG) is a nationally recognized insurance marketing organization founded in 1988, headquartered in Archdale, North Carolina, with regional sales offices across the country, serving over one million clients by supporting a nationwide network of agents with life, health, and wealth solutions; TAG operates as a proud partner of Integrity Marketing Group, LLC.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in insurance marketing and sales, strengthen interpersonal and organizational skills in a high-growth environment, contribute to the expansion of a trusted national agent network, and advance their career in recruiting within a family-oriented, innovative Insurtech-focused organization that values employee growth and recognition.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification
- • Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training
- • Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.
- • Interpersonal Skills - Conveys a friendly, positive attitude while always maintaining professionalism; maintains confidentiality
- • Communication – Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions
- • Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization’s goals and values
