📋 Description
- • As Director of Revenue Operations at Canals, Inc., you will build and scale the RevOps function from the ground up, serving as the central nervous system of the go-to-market engine by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through integrated systems, data integrity, and operational cadence to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth in a high-impact, early-stage environment.
- • You will own and optimize the GTM tech stack—including HubSpot, sequencing, enrichment, and automation tools—ensuring clean data, accurate pipeline hygiene, and seamless workflows that improve rep efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making across the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
- • You will partner with GTM leadership to translate growth targets into operating plans, design forecasting processes with high accuracy, establish consistent weekly/monthly/quarterly business cadences, and deliver trusted analytics and insights that identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
- • You will standardize and document the lead-to-customer journey, implement scalable pipeline governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and design/administer commission plans that are accurate, transparent, and aligned to company goals while fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and high standards.
- • You will lay the foundation for future RevOps team expansion by defining priorities, operating rhythms, and hiring roadmaps, while mentoring early hires and embedding RevOps as a strategic, trusted function within the organization.
- • You will work closely with founders and executive teams in a remote-first, profitable startup environment where your contributions directly improve global supply chain efficiency—reducing waste, saving customers time, and enabling sustainable growth through AI-powered industrial supply chain innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- • Proven track record of building or scaling RevOps functions, including systems, processes, and analytics from early stages
- • Deep expertise in CRM ownership, preferably HubSpot (or Salesforce), with strong pipeline management, account ownership, and reporting capabilities
- • Experience designing and administering commission plans and incentive structures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely payouts
- • Strong operator mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution, comfortable working closely with founders and executive teams
