📋 Description
- • As the Director of Revenue Operations at Magna Legal Services, you will be instrumental in architecting and optimizing the foundational systems and workflows that drive our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This pivotal role ensures seamless alignment between our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, fostering a unified approach to achieving our ambitious revenue targets. You will be the central orchestrator, ensuring these departments operate synergistically, are empowered by precise and actionable data, and are equipped with robust, scalable processes that can adapt to our company's growth.
- • Your primary focus will be on building and refining the operational infrastructure that supports our entire GTM strategy. This involves meticulously designing, implementing, and managing the technologies, processes, and data governance frameworks that enable our teams to perform at their highest potential. You will oversee the entire revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, and customer success platforms, ensuring they are integrated, efficient, and effectively utilized.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be to drive data integrity and accessibility. You will establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all GTM-related data. This includes developing comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities that provide deep insights into GTM performance, pipeline health, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and other key metrics. Your insights will directly inform strategic decision-making at the executive level, guiding future growth initiatives.
- • You will champion process optimization and standardization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This involves identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, then designing and implementing streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce friction. You will develop and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure consistent execution and a high-quality customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
- • Collaboration and alignment are paramount. You will work closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand their unique challenges and requirements, translating these into operational solutions. You will facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on goals, strategies, and performance metrics, ensuring everyone is working towards common objectives. Your ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization will be critical to your success.
- • You will be responsible for forecasting accuracy and pipeline management. This includes developing and refining forecasting models, establishing clear processes for pipeline review and management, and ensuring the sales team adheres to best practices for opportunity management. Your efforts will contribute to predictable revenue generation and improved financial planning.
- • Furthermore, you will play a key role in sales enablement and training. You will collaborate with relevant teams to develop and deliver training programs that equip our GTM teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. This includes ensuring they are proficient in using our technology stack and understand our operational processes.
- • You will also be tasked with managing the GTM budget related to operational tools and processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrating a clear return on investment for technology and process improvements.
- • This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both developing high-level strategies and executing them effectively. You will be a key player in scaling our GTM operations, ensuring that our infrastructure can support rapid growth and evolving market demands.
