đź“‹ Description
- • As the Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Directive Consulting LLC, you will lead the SalesOps function within the RevOps department, serving as both a technical architect and strategic advisor to drive measurable revenue impact for enterprise B2B and SaaS clients. This player-coach role is designed for a high-EQ operator who thrives at the intersection of complex Salesforce architecture and C-suite consulting, with the ambition to build and mentor a high-performing SalesOps team as the department scales.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will architect and execute high-value SalesOps initiatives including CRM migrations, lead routing frameworks, and sales qualification methodologies; serve as the primary strategic advisor to CROs and VPs of Sales by translating technical infrastructure into clear revenue outcomes; partner with Operations and Growth leaders to define and refine the company’s SalesOps point of view, developing proprietary frameworks and deliverables that elevate the service offering; identify white space opportunities within existing accounts to cross-sell and upsell complex RevOps engagements; oversee project timelines, milestones, and quality assurance with rigorous attention to detail to ensure enterprise-grade delivery; and begin as an individual contributor while actively working toward hiring, onboarding, and mentoring a pod of SalesOps Strategists to support department growth.
- • Directive Consulting is a remote-first, elite B2B performance marketing agency renowned for pioneering the Customer Generation methodology, which focuses on driving real revenue—not just leads—through integrated Paid Media, SEO, CRO, RevOps, and Go-To-Market strategies. The company serves serious growth-focused brands across SaaS and B2B industries, operating with a culture of bold thinking, fast execution, and relentless innovation, where employees are empowered to challenge the status quo and deliver work that meaningfully impacts client success.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise revenue operations at scale, gain visibility and influence with C-suite stakeholders, and build a legacy as the go-to authority on Salesforce architecture and GTM strategy within the organization. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the SalesOps function by defining its service offerings, mentoring junior talent, and growing the book of business to a point where team expansion becomes necessary—directly contributing to both your professional growth and the company’s market leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including complex data modeling, automation, and multi-instance enterprise implementations
- • Proven experience leading CRM migrations, lead routing systems, and sales qualification methodologies for global B2B organizations
- • Demonstrated ability to consult with CROs, VPs of Sales, and other C-suite stakeholders, translating technical solutions into measurable revenue impact and ROI
- • Strong project management discipline with a track record of managing complex, high-stakes initiatives on time and within scope
- • Leadership ambition and interpersonal skills to mentor and grow a team, with the goal of transitioning from individual contributor to people manager as the SalesOps function scales
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary with annual bonus that scales over time based on tenure and performance
- • Comprehensive health coverage including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees, plus 50% employer contribution for dependents, along with disability and life insurance
- • Generous time-off policy featuring unlimited PTO (with 2-week minimum), paid company holidays, birthday off, year-end recharge (Dec 24–Jan 1), and paid parental leave
- • Wellness support through access to certified therapists via Spring Health, Headspace membership, and Gympass for physical fitness
- • Retirement savings with traditional and Roth 401(k) options and a 3% company match
- • Annual anniversary trip with peers and executive leadership for team bonding and celebration
- • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada, supported by reliable technology infrastructure and professional collaboration via Zoom and Slack
