- • As Director of Sales at Starbridge Systems, Inc., you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on selling into the SLED market, directly impacting revenue growth and team effectiveness through hands-on coaching and strategic execution.
- • You will manage the full sales lifecycle for your team, including pipeline development, quota attainment, live deal support in discovery, demo, pricing, and closing calls, and weekly forecast ownership to ensure predictable performance.
- • You will coach relentlessly by reviewing Gong calls daily, conducting weekly deal reviews, delivering in-the-moment feedback, and using AI tools to enhance rep performance, ensuring every AE feels supported with a measurable advantage.
- • You will deeply understand the Starbridge product, translate releases into sharper sales motions, and leverage AI (including Claude and internal platforms) to automate call reviews, follow-ups, pipeline triage, and forecast hygiene, building scalable systems that compound team output.
- • You will partner in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new AEs as the team scales, raising the bar on talent and helping build a best-in-class sales organization.
- • You will operate in a high-intensity, in-office environment that values speed, customer obsession, fun as a feature, and firsthand engagement with the work — where your leadership directly shapes team culture and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of demonstrated quota-crushing as an AE in B2B SaaS with top-decile performance across multiple roles or years
- • 1–2+ years of direct sales leadership experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, including ownership of team quota
- • Technical fluency to understand SaaS data models and teach reps to use the product as a sales weapon, with eagerness to master Starbridge quickly
- • Proven ability to coach from the trenches — actively joining live customer calls, reviewing calls, and delivering specific, actionable feedback that improves rep performance
- • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) daily to build prompts, agents, or automations that save time and improve sales efficiency
- • High-output mindset suited to a fast-moving, in-office, high-intensity work environment
