  • We are actively seeking a highly experienced mid-market B2B SaaS sales executive to spearhead our sales initiatives as the Director of Sales. This is a pivotal, high-impact position for an individual who excels in a startup setting and is eager to play an instrumental role in scaling a rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate will assume full ownership of the entire sales cycle, engaging with our ideal customer profile (ICP) which consists of professional services firms that depend heavily on referral or commission-based revenue models.
  • The core of this role involves owning and meticulously executing the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle. This encompasses everything from initial prospecting and lead generation to closing deals for mid-market opportunities, with deal sizes ranging from $50,000 to $250,000. You will be the driving force behind revenue generation for this segment.
  • A significant aspect of your responsibility will be to recruit, cultivate, and mentor a team of high-potential sales professionals. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a clear and achievable growth trajectory for individuals, guiding them from Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR) roles through to Senior Account Executive and eventually Sales Manager positions.
  • You will be tasked with strategically targeting and engaging with key segments within our ICP, including fractional C-suite consulting groups, wealth advisors, tax consultants, and other professional services firms.   • To ensure efficiency and effectiveness in prospecting, you will leverage cutting-edge AI-powered sales and outreach tools. This includes utilizing platforms designed to identify, engage, and nurture potential leads, thereby building a robust pipeline.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans will be essential for penetrating target accounts and fostering strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations.
  • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations that highlight Introzy's value proposition, and skillfully negotiating terms with C-level executives and practice leaders.
  • Close collaboration with the broader leadership team is expected. You will contribute to refining our overall sales strategy, enhancing our messaging, and optimizing our go-to-market approach to ensure market penetration and revenue growth.
  • A key objective is to build and document repeatable sales processes and playbooks. This foundational work will be critical for enabling scalable growth and ensuring consistency as the company expands.
  • You will be expected to diligently track and report on key sales metrics, maintain a clear view of pipeline health, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
