  • • Director of Sales at Confiant, Inc., a cybersecurity company focused on securing the ad economy from malvertising, scams, and compliance risks. This role is critical to scaling the sales organization from a founder-led effort into a disciplined, predictable revenue engine.
  • • Day to day, the Director will improve the sales motion by defining qualification frameworks, pipeline stages, and forecasting cadence; own pipeline numbers and collaborate with Marketing on ICP and channel strategy; coach enterprise sellers through complex deals; personally lead strategic engagements involving C-suite stakeholders; deliver reliable revenue forecasts to executives; partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical value; and hire and scale the sales team as the motion matures.
  • • Confiant is a cybersecurity company built for advertising, protecting digital media’s revenue, reputation, and relationships by blocking threats before they reach users. Founded by engineers who built the initial sales motion, the company now seeks to professionalize its sales function after a decade of founder-led traction.
  • • In this role, the Director will learn to build scalable sales processes from scratch, develop enterprise sales talent in a technical ecosystem, and gain deep exposure to cybersecurity, adtech, and digital media markets while shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and contributing directly to predictable revenue growth.
