- • As Director of Sales at Panoptyc, you will lead the company's revenue engine by owning Panoptyc's core revenue targets and building a scalable go-to-market strategy across enterprise and mid-market segments for its AI-powered loss prevention platform serving 20,000+ retail stores.
- • You will close high-value 6-7 figure ARR deals yourself while recruiting, training, and managing a team of AEs, SDRs, and Account Managers, fostering a performance culture rooted in accountability and urgency, and serving as a player-coach who sells and leads simultaneously.
- • You will join a rapidly scaling AI company backed by top growth equity firms, working closely with the Founder and C-Suite to strengthen distribution partnerships, build data-driven sales processes, expand into adjacent retail verticals (grocery, c-stores, apparel, dining), and drive customer success and expansion revenue.
- • You will refine CRM and reporting infrastructure, partner with RevOps/BI for pipeline hygiene, establish incentive structures, and build repeatable systems while maintaining startup agility—positioning yourself to help achieve $300M ARR in 5 years, a defining career achievement.
