- • Lead the new logo sales team as Director of Sales, Account Executives, driving pipeline generation, funnel conversion, and quota attainment to support Buildout’s growth as an AI deal engine for CRE brokerages.
- • Partner with the VP of Sales to execute new logo acquisition strategy, translate company goals into team expectations, and establish funnel conversion benchmarks from MQL to Closed Won.
- • Conduct structured 1:1s, live deal reviews, and role-play sessions to coach AEs on skill development, deal strategy, and performance improvement, while hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.
- • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, run weekly pipeline reviews, and partner with RevOps and Marketing to ensure forecast accuracy, data-backed qualification, and alignment between inbound and outbound efforts.
- • Build a culture of accountability and development where pipeline is generated daily, performance gaps are diagnosed, and continuous improvement is driven through coaching and process discipline.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller
- • 3+ years leading Account Executives in a new logo environment
- • Proven track record of improving funnel conversion and driving consistent new logo growth
- • Experience managing forecast rigor and pipeline health within Salesforce
- • Strong coaching ability with a talent for developing reps through feedback, deal reviews, and clear expectations
