🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B professional services or agency environment, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • • Deep understanding of the Canadian business market, including its economic drivers, industry trends, and competitive landscape, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for this region.
  • • Expertise in consultative selling methodologies, with a strong ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools is essential.
