  • • As the first Director of Sales Enablement at Vibe, you will own the full enablement function to ensure every sales rep can sell Vibe’s streaming TV advertising platform effectively, directly impacting revenue generation across the company.
  • • You will design and own the GTM enablement strategy, build structured onboarding programs, deploy AI-powered coaching and deal support tools, run live skill development sessions, and create product fluency programs that translate into sharp, field-ready messaging.
  • • You will partner with sales leadership and front-line managers to embed coaching into daily habits, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure launches land effectively in the field.
  • • You will measure enablement impact through dashboards tied to revenue outcomes, manage and grow the enablement team, and operate as a strategic partner to the CRO by delivering data-driven recommendations that raise the performance ceiling for every seller.
  • • Vibe is a fast-growing streaming TV advertising platform trusted by over 10,000 brands, reaching 120M+ households, backed by top-tier investors, and recognized as a category-defining platform bringing Meta/Google-style performance marketing to TV.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy with Director-level experience or leading a significant workstream in a high-growth environment
  • • Proven track record building or scaling an enablement program at a high-growth company, not just maintaining existing programs
  • • Fluency with AI tools across the enablement lifecycle, including call intelligence, coaching platforms, agentic workflows, and real-time deal support
  • • Background in streaming TV advertising, connected TV (CTV), or adjacent martech/performance marketing platforms
  • • Experience designing training that sticks, with specific examples of programs built, metrics tracked, and outcomes driven
