- • As Director of Sales Enablement and Development at NerdWallet, you will build and scale a high-performing sales organization by shaping how the team hires, ramps, and executes, driving measurable impact on performance and revenue.
- • You will design and implement sales enablement strategies, lead onboarding and ramp programs, coach and develop sales talent, leverage data to drive results, scale best practices, develop sales managers, and utilize tools like Gong and generative AI to enhance performance.
- • You will partner closely with sales leadership and recruiting to ensure the right talent is hired, developed effectively, and enabled for consistent execution across the team.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and improve how the sales organization performs—from onboarding and coaching to systems and strategy—while advancing your expertise in sales performance, data-driven enablement, and leadership in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Business Lending/Lending required
- • 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership, ideally in high-volume environments
- • Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving measurable results
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve performance challenges
- • Experience coaching frontline sales representatives
- • Deep understanding of sales execution
