- • As a Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) on Tanium’s field sales team, you will drive revenue by identifying and closing large, complex enterprise software deals within an assigned territory or set of strategic accounts, directly contributing to Tanium’s mission of enabling Autonomous IT for unstoppable business.
- • You will articulate the value of the Tanium platform to C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, VP Ops) and technical stakeholders alike, manage complex sales cycles, nurture executive relationships, collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams, generate pipeline through webinars and presentations, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, and travel as needed to engage customers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing large, complex software transactions with major regional customers
- • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota consistently in previous sales roles
- • Proven experience calling on, presenting to, and building relationships with C-Suite level contacts (CIO, CISO, VP Ops)
- • Strong team mentality with experience leveraging virtual resources and cross-functional collaboration to manage complex sales cycles
- • Background in building and cultivating partner ecosystems to support a partner-centric go-to-market strategy
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills tailored to technical and executive audiences

- • Annual base salary range of $165,000 to $253,000, plus commission eligibility and equity awards
