- • Own the end-to-end creation of Neuroscale’s partner-led revenue engine. You will architect the strategy, processes, and playbooks that turn integrations, co-sell motions, and channel alliances into a predictable, scalable source of ARR.
- • Design and execute a two-track partnership motion: (1) deep integrations with ATS and HRIS leaders such as Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Dayforce, Greenhouse, iCIMS, and SmartRecruiters, plus AWS & Azure marketplace presence; (2) a public-sector channel program recruiting VARs, SIs, and solution providers selling into Federal, DoD, state, local, and education markets.
- • Recruit, negotiate, and close tier-one partnerships. You will source, pitch, and secure agreements that include technical integrations, joint roadmaps, co-marketing dollars, and revenue-share terms—then shepherd each deal from signature to first dollar of partner-sourced revenue.
- • Build the enablement machine. Craft onboarding curricula, certification paths, demo environments, battle-cards, and objection-handling guides. Run quarterly business reviews, pipeline councils, and deal-clinics that keep partners activated and accountable.
- • Drive co-sell excellence. Map joint target-account lists, coordinate field engagement, and run deal-registration programs that protect partner-sourced opportunities while accelerating sales cycles. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, RevOps, and Partner Sales to remove friction and close deals faster.
- • Launch marketplace and resale motions. Package Neuroscale for AWS, Azure, and public-sector contracting vehicles such as SEWP, CIO-SP3, and GSA. Create pricing, licensing, and deployment guides that let partners quote and deploy Neuroscale without heavy lift from our team.
- • Own the metrics. Define and track partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, integration adoption, and activation KPIs. Build dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot that give the exec team real-time visibility into partner performance.
- • Influence product and engineering priorities. Translate partner requirements into integration specs, security checklists, and roadmap items. You will run joint roadmap sessions and shepherd API, SSO/SAML, SCIM, and webhook integrations from concept to GA launch.
- • Serve as executive relationship owner. Cultivate C-level and VP-level relationships at key partners, acting as the escalation point and strategic advisor. Your credibility will open doors to co-innovation budgets, executive briefings, and field-level alignment.
- • Champion Neuroscale’s mission in the public sector. Translate AI recruiting workflows into mission-impact narratives for defense, civilian, and education buyers. You will brief partners on FedRAMP, CMMC, IL5, and other compliance pathways so they can position Neuroscale confidently in classified and unclassified environments.
- • Iterate at startup speed. Test new partner tiers, incentive structures, and GTM motions every quarter. Run retros, A/B tests, and feedback loops that turn early learnings into a compounding advantage.
- • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate daily with the founders on GTM strategy. Your roadmap will shape how Neuroscale scales from Series A to category leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within B2B SaaS, preferably in HR tech or AI-driven platforms.
- • Proven track record of building partner programs that have generated ≥$5 M in partner-sourced or partner-influenced ARR.
- • Deep familiarity with ATS/HRIS ecosystems (Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.) and public-sector contracting vehicles (SEWP, GSA, CIO-SP3, FedRAMP, CMMC).
- • Executive-level communication skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite partners and customers, negotiating complex agreements, and running QBRs.
- • Operational rigor: ability to design repeatable processes, define KPIs, and build dashboards in Salesforce/HubSpot to track partner performance.
