This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional who can architect, build, and scale our partner motion, transforming it into a significant driver of revenue and long-term strategic advantage. As the company experiences hyper-growth and deepens its presence in the AI factory landscape, the importance of strategic partnerships cannot be overstated. Currently, partner relationships are managed across various teams, and this position will centralize and professionalize this critical function, establishing clear ownership, prioritization, and scalable processes.
• • As the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's partnership strategy. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and managing strategic relationships, which are paramount to our success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that demonstrably increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. A key aspect of this role will involve formalizing our engagement within the influential NVIDIA partner ecosystem and the broader AI factory landscape, ensuring alignment and maximizing mutual benefit.
• • This is a true "builder" role, demanding a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. You will take full ownership of our strategic, technology, and channel partnerships, meticulously prioritizing them to ensure maximum impact. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving measurable consumption of our offerings and generating sourced revenue. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering (SE), Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to ensure seamless integration of partner activities with our core business objectives and to accelerate customer adoption.
• • A critical responsibility will be to establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms for partner-sourced pipeline, providing clear visibility into the performance and ROI of our partnership initiatives. This data-driven approach will enable continuous optimization and strategic decision-making. You will also be tasked with identifying and evaluating short- and medium-term investment opportunities across the AI infrastructure ecosystem, ensuring Loft Labs remains at the forefront of innovation and market trends.
