- • Loft Labs, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to spearhead our engagement within the dynamic AI infrastructure ecosystem. This pivotal role is designed for a builder, someone who thrives on establishing and scaling partner motions to drive significant revenue and long-term strategic advantage. As the company experiences hyper-growth and deepens its presence in the AI factory landscape, the importance of strategic partnerships cannot be overstated. Currently, partner relationships are managed across various teams, and this position will centralize, organize, prioritize, and scale these critical alliances.
- • The core responsibility of this role is to own and scale our strategic, technology, and channel partnerships, with a primary focus on cultivating and nurturing high-impact strategic relationships. You will be instrumental in transforming these partnerships into measurable consumption and directly sourced revenue, playing a crucial role in the company's go-to-market strategy and overall business success.
- • A key aspect of this role involves leading executive engagement with major industry players, including but not limited to NVIDIA, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Dell Technologies. You will be responsible for building and executing joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that are meticulously designed to drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. This requires a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to forge strong, collaborative relationships at the highest levels.
- • You will be tasked with formalizing our engagement within the influential NVIDIA partner ecosystem and the broader AI factory landscape. This includes understanding the nuances of these environments and developing strategies to maximize our impact and benefit from them. Prioritization and tiering of strategic, technology, and channel partners will be essential to ensure resources are allocated effectively and the most impactful relationships are nurtured.
- • Furthermore, this role demands the identification of both short-term and medium-term investment opportunities across the AI infrastructure ecosystem. This proactive approach will ensure Loft Labs remains at the forefront of innovation and market trends. Close collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering (SE), Marketing, and Executive leadership, is paramount to drive product consumption and achieve shared objectives.
- • A critical deliverable will be the establishment and maintenance of robust tracking and reporting mechanisms for partner-sourced pipeline. This data-driven approach will provide clear visibility into the performance of partnership initiatives, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a scrappy, builder mentality, demonstrating comfort and effectiveness in operating within ambiguous environments and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
