• • Build a high-performing support organization, establish enterprise standards and processes, and define what AI-enabled support looks like at scale.
• • Join Relevance AI, a company building the home of the AI workforce, empowering teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents that think, act, and collaborate like experts, backed by top-tier investors and used by industry leaders including Canva, Databricks, and Activision Blizzard.
• • Coach and develop a strong support team with clear standards, accountability, and growth opportunities while evolving support models for complex enterprise needs, driving AI adoption in support, and partnering closely with engineering to accelerate issue resolution and product improvement.
