- • As Director of Treasury at FluidStack, you will own and lead the company’s global treasury strategy, overseeing cash and liquidity operations, capital structure, and financial risk management as we scale to meet the demands of AI infrastructure at a global level.
- • You will own FluidStack’s global treasury strategy, including cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization across multiple currencies and jurisdictions; lead banking and financial institution relationships; develop and manage FX risk management programs; drive capital markets activities; partner with the CFO and FP&A on capital allocation decisions and IPO readiness; build and scale treasury infrastructure including TMS and ERP integration; oversee intercompany funding and cross-border transactions; ensure compliance with treasury-related regulatory requirements including SOX controls; and lead, develop, and grow a treasury team as the function scales.
- • FluidStack is a small, fast-moving team obsessed with quality, building the compute, data centers, and power that will fuel artificial superintelligence by supplying GWs of compute capabilities to the world’s biggest AI Labs at industry-defining speeds.
- • You will have the opportunity to build a world-class treasury function from the ground up, partner directly with the CFO and Finance leadership team, and play a key role in FluidStack’s IPO readiness and global scaling of AI infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related function, including prior experience in a senior or leadership role.
- • Demonstrated expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management at a global level.
- • Deep understanding of FX risk management and multi-currency treasury operations.
- • Experience with capital markets transactions, debt facilities, or structured financing.
- • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
