📋 Description

• Lead business operations across multiple countries and support regional expansion by establishing new offices, legal entities, and market launches.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners while overseeing payroll, employee onboarding, vendor management, and recruiting operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to build scalable operational processes that support BJAK’s global growth.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects and company events.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Founder’s Office, Operations Management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, and administrative functions.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
