📋 Description

• As a member of the Value Based Care team, the Director, Operations - Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) will report directly to the Vice President.
• This leader will operate across both government and commercial VBC lanes leading functions to ensure the overarching success of programs.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of business strategy, engaging with internal and external partners, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, innovation, and execution.
• This individual will organize management processes, drive business communications internally and externally, and support teammate engagement.
• This teammate will partner with DaVita Kidney Care, Nephrologists, supporting business functions and operating teams.
• DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is the leading value based care provider for patients with kidney disease.

• The role is a hybrid role – travel in the market is determined by market needs.
• Organize IKC central team efforts and collaboration across lanes.
• Prepare and participate in monthly operating reviews with senior leadership.
• Support internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver key messages.
• Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions.
• Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results.
• Work across operational and innovation teams to advance best in class capabilities in the market.
• Prior experience as Director of Strategy, General Management, Operations, or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experience within healthcare or operations leadership.
• Travel as needed in market.
• Design, implementation, & administration of operating strategies, operating models, governance models, and service delivery models desired.
• Continuous improvement processes & initiatives.
• Ideation & innovation processes & development.
• Budget administration.
• Demonstrated track record in the following: strategic thinking, influencing others to achieve objectives, resourcefulness, integrity, handling matters proactively and expeditiously, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, judgment and decision-making ability.

• Prior experience as Director of Strategy, General Management, Operations, or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experience within healthcare or operations leadership.
• Travel as needed in market.
