- • As Director of Partner Field Sales West, you will play a critical role in expanding Tanium’s partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and aligning sales and technical teams with partners to drive regional sales targets and ARR growth in the West region.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the single point of contact for sales leadership in the West, proactively building joint business and territory account mapping plans with partners, educating Tanium sales teams on partner value propositions, and creating partner go-to-market strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and expansion.
- • You will join Tanium’s Global Partner Sales team, supporting a mission-driven organization that delivers real-time endpoint management and security to Fortune 100 companies, major banks, retailers, and U.S. government agencies, while partnering with top technology firms and system integrators.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic partner lifecycle management, refine your ability to align complex sales motions across technical and executive stakeholders, and drive measurable impact on regional revenue through disciplined territory planning and partner-enabled deal acceleration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in a regional or national partner sales role within the IT Operations and/or IT Security industry
- • Must be based in the Western United States
- • Proven track record as a quota-carrying seller or in a business development role with demonstrated success in sales process execution

- • Annual base salary range of $136,000 to $208,000, plus commission eligibility and equity awards
