- • As Director, Partnership Management, APAC at Circle Internet Financial Limited, you will drive adoption and success of Circle’s product portfolio—including USDC, Circle Payments Network, and Arc—across key payment distribution targets such as wallet companies, financial institutions, and commerce platforms in the APAC region.
- • Day to day, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of first-of-kind partnerships from design through launch, activation, and growth, working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing, Compliance, and Partnerships teams to manage onboarding, operations, strategic initiatives, escalations, and day-to-day requirements while building lasting relationships with top accounts.
- • You will be part of Circle, a NYSE-listed internet financial platform company building the foundation of a more open, global economy through digital assets and programmable blockchain infrastructure, committed to values of High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence in a flexible, remote-first work environment based in Singapore.
- • In this role, you will develop comprehensive relationship strategies, provide executive sponsorship and business reviews, drive product adoption and campaign management, and set the foundation for long-term, trust-based customer relationships while gaining deep expertise in blockchain-powered financial innovation and APAC market dynamics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience
- • Background in Payments, fintech, or digital assets
- • Familiarity with navigating Asia-headquartered organizations
- • Ownership mentality, grit, resiliency, and an optimistic attitude
- • Ability to develop understanding of partner’s business, goals, and use cases
- • Obsession with customer success: ensuring customers’ best interests and growth through tangible outcomes
- • Chinese Mandarin language skills is a strong preference
