  • • The primary objective of this role is to address the critical need for scaling and enhancing Rebuy’s People Operations functions. You will be strategically positioned at the heart of our growth, responsible for architecting and implementing systems, processes, and programs designed to foster connection, facilitate professional growth, and drive high performance, all while ensuring robust compliance and operational efficiency. This position demands a dual focus: balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, and delivering comprehensive HR operations and support across the entire employee lifecycle and experience. As a key strategic partner to the leadership team, you will be instrumental in advancing our people initiatives, cultivating a positive and highly engaged employee experience, and championing continuous improvements that directly contribute to the success of our teams and the overall business.
  • • **Employee Experience:** You will take full ownership of the onboarding and offboarding processes for all Rebots, ensuring a seamless and positive transition into and out of the company. You will serve as a confidential and trusted point of contact for any workplace concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed with sensitivity, timeliness, and appropriate escalation. A key responsibility will be to establish lightweight, scalable, and effective processes for performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms that promote continuous improvement and open communication.
  • • **People Leadership & Organizational Development:** You will be tasked with building and nurturing a best-in-class People Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and professional development to drive both individual and team performance. A critical function will be to conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure our total rewards practices are equitable, competitive, and aligned with market standards. You will manage employee relations issues comprehensively, from initial coaching and documentation to conducting thorough investigations. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure that people processes and cross-functional initiatives are harmoniously aligned with overarching organizational goals.
  • • **HR Operations, Compliance & Total Rewards:** You will develop, implement, and clearly communicate people policies that are not only compliant with all relevant regulations but also equitable and reflective of our company values. A significant focus will be placed on optimizing our HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms, with a strong emphasis on automation, efficiency, and data integrity. You will actively identify opportunities to streamline existing workflows and enhance self-service capabilities for both employees and managers. Ensuring strict compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws is paramount. You will oversee all compensation and benefits programs across the US, Canada, and EMEA regions. Regular audits will be conducted to guarantee adherence to all labor laws, and you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of employee data across all systems, coordinating payroll, administering benefits, and generating essential reports.
