Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• • As Director of Product Management at ButterflyMX, you will own the product strategy and execution for the Core Access and Security portfolio, which is central to the company’s mission of enabling smartphone-based access control for multifamily, commercial, and residential properties worldwide.
• • You will define and drive the 12–18 month product roadmap, lead and develop a team of three product managers, partner with hardware teams to align software and hardware roadmaps, embed AI into product experiences, and translate business goals into measurable product outcomes through deep customer discovery and ruthless prioritization.
