📋 Description
- • As a Senior Program Manager at Vantage Analytics Inc., you will coordinate delivery across product and engineering teams, ensuring dependencies are mapped, risks are mitigated early, and stakeholders are aligned on realistic, data-backed delivery dates.
- • Day to day, you will own validating team capacity and dependency alignment, maintain a master release calendar as a single source of truth for major milestones, lead weekly cross-pillar syncs to surface blockers, proactively manage risks and issues, standardize handoffs between client services, product, and engineering, track delivery forecasts using Say/Do ratios and team velocity, and operationally unblock projects by facilitating decision-making when needed.
