  • • As Director of Product Management for PingOne Privilege at Ping Identity Corporation, you will drive the product strategy and roadmap for a next-generation Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution designed to secure enterprise customers’ most sensitive access across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This senior individual contributor role is pivotal in shaping how Ping Identity delivers Zero Trust journeys by integrating PAM with its broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) offerings, directly impacting how Fortune 100 companies protect privileged accounts, infrastructure, and applications.
  • • You will own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for PingOne Privilege, defining how core PAM capabilities—such as credential and secrets vaulting, session management, just-in-time and just-enough access, elevation and approvals, and auditing—for evolve to meet emerging threats, compliance demands, and operational needs. You will also define integration points with Ping’s SSO/MFA, IAM, IGA, directories, and analytics platforms to deliver cohesive, differentiated identity security experiences, including pioneering PAM strategy for AI agents and non-human identities (NHI).
  • • Day to day, you will engage directly with CISOs, developers, security architects, identity leaders, and operations teams to deeply understand enterprise threat models, workflows, and constraints, translating complex security and compliance requirements into clear, opinionated product use cases for cloud and hybrid deployments. You will monitor the PAM, IAM, and IGA competitive landscape and adjacent markets (cloud infra, DevOps, ITSM, ITOM) to ensure Ping remains a strategic differentiator and establish leadership in Agentic AI and NHI markets.
  • • You will translate strategy into crisp product requirements, narratives, and user stories for multiple engineering teams, making data-driven trade-offs on scope and sequencing while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Data teams to balance security, scale, performance, and operability for enterprise deployments. You will drive complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple product areas and services, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and communication.
  • • In collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will shape positioning, packaging, and GTM plays for PAM-centric solutions and bundles, support strategic deals and customer escalations as the primary product voice for PAM with large global accounts, and define and track key success metrics such as privileged account/session coverage, reduction in standing privileges, attach/expansion rates, and time-to-value to drive iteration.
  • • As a senior IC product leader, you will mentor other PMs in adjacent identity areas (Access Management, IGA, Analytics), raise the bar on security depth and enterprise product thinking, and champion a culture of customer-backed, data-informed, experiment-oriented decision-making across the product organization.
  • • Ping Identity is a global leader in intelligent cloud identity platforms, enabling secure and seamless digital experiences for over half of the Fortune 100. Headquartered in Denver with a worldwide presence, the company champions digital freedom and individual identity, fostering a culture where authenticity is respected and innovation thrives. Joining Ping means contributing to a mission-driven organization that values respect, collaboration, and continuous learning while scaling its security and identity portfolio to meet evolving enterprise needs.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of privileged access management at scale, influence product direction across critical security domains, and grow your impact as a senior leader without direct reports—gaining visibility, expanding your scope, and contributing to Ping’s evolution as a trusted advisor in Zero Trust security for the world’s most demanding enterprises.
